Our client is an integrator who specializes in Retail Analytics and Business Intelligence, they offer things like: HR management (i.e. employee productivity), video surveillance and POS data. Our client sells to large retail stores and fast-food chains.

Connecting to different hardware, cameras, and networks in various stores and locations was the first and main challenge our client faced.

Secondly, the client wanted to connect these cameras to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze critical information such as facial demographics, traffic/people counting, and occupancy management.

If you have IP cameras already installed at your stores or have local NVR/DVR in place, you can easily connect to VXG Cloud via our plug-and-play Cloud Gateway or open source camera Uplink plugins.
