Default IP

The local IP address is not intended for direct user login through a browser. All configuration, live viewing, and playback are handled through the Rhombus cloud dashboard or mobile application. The IP address may still be visible in network management tools and can be useful for diagnostics, monitoring bandwidth usage, or applying firewall rules.

Default Username
There is no default username for Rhombus cameras. The devices do not expose a local admin account such as admin or root. Instead, access is controlled through the Rhombus platform, where users are invited to an organization and assigned specific roles and permissions.

Default Password
Rhombus cameras do not have a default password stored on the device. During onboarding, users create or sign in to a Rhombus account and gain access to cameras through the cloud. The camera itself is securely paired to the organization and does not rely on a static device password.
If a camera is reset, it does not revert to a known factory password. Instead, it must be re adopted into an organization. Password recovery and security enforcement are handled through the Rhombus platform, often with options such as strong password requirements and multi factor authentication.

Default Port
